EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently visited the Carlsbad… I recently visited the Carlsbad showroom and met with Matt Shibel (Showroom Manager). Matt was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and VERY patient will all of my questions. I spent over 2 hrs discussing options, test riding different models and sizes to find the bike that best fit my needs. I’m not the easiest customer (lots of questions etc etc) and Matt could not have been more understanding with my difficulty deciding which bike to buy. There was NO hard-sell, or trying to get me to buy more bike than I need. Even though Canyon bikes are a very good buy in today’s market, money is still money. The result was my purchase of the Endurace CF 7 Di2. I’ve had the bike a couple of weeks and I’m very very happy with the purchase! If you happen to be in the Carlsbad area, or like me, willing to make it a destination to actually test ride the different models and sizes ( I ride a 56cm road bike which was a size Med in Canyon speak), I highly recommend making an appointment with Matt….it will be time well spent and you won’t be disappointed !!!! This was my second order from surronpart.com. I was looking for specialty items and they were able to source them and provide them in an extremely timely manner. Mark informed me all the time and is amazing. Always responds the same day and answers my questions without hesitation. Great webiste and will buy again from them in the future.
I shopped for quite a while to find a good scooter for my school commute, and did quite a bit of research. It seemed to me that the SURRONPART.COM was the most trustworthy and I am very glad I purchased one of their surrons. At the end, I was deciding between this model and the more expensive version with the extra external battery. I am glad I went with this cheaper option, I would have had no extra benefit from the more expensive option. This battery lasts a few miles and has nothing but solid. Very easy to set up out of the box. It has been about 2 months since I got my surron and it is performing just like new. The different speed modes are nice to use, and the headlight is really bright if I am using it in the dark.
the hardest part about ordering from USA warehouse was the wait, but I got to say it has been worth it for the savings, and the fact I was kept updated on the status of the shipment and my questions were always answered! the bike arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble. I would recommend setting up the suspension for your weight and to your liking as soon as you get it. the bike has been super fun, I put 35 miles on it within 5-7 hours. it has held up well so far! thank you!
