EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently visited the Carlsbad… I recently visited the Carlsbad showroom and met with Matt Shibel (Showroom Manager). Matt was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and VERY patient will all of my questions. I spent over 2 hrs discussing options, test riding different models and sizes to find the bike that best fit my needs. I’m not the easiest customer (lots of questions etc etc) and Matt could not have been more understanding with my difficulty deciding which bike to buy. There was NO hard-sell, or trying to get me to buy more bike than I need. Even though Canyon bikes are a very good buy in today’s market, money is still money. The result was my purchase of the Endurace CF 7 Di2. I’ve had the bike a couple of weeks and I’m very very happy with the purchase! If you happen to be in the Carlsbad area, or like me, willing to make it a destination to actually test ride the different models and sizes ( I ride a 56cm road bike which was a size Med in Canyon speak), I highly recommend making an appointment with Matt….it will be time well spent and you won’t be disappointed !!!!
