Thank you for shopping at SurronPart.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your item, we’re here to help with a clear and fair refund and returns process.


🔁 Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and accessories.
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Include the original proof of purchase or order confirmation.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Installed, modified, or used parts
  • Electrical components (controllers, ECUs, wiring harnesses)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom-built or special-order products
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging and item
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


🔄 Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has shipped. If the item has already been dispatched, our regular returns process applies.


🛵 Vehicle & Frame Purchases

Surron Ultra Bee, Light Bee, and other full-vehicle orders follow special conditions:

  • Must be returned in new, unridden condition within 10 days of delivery
  • Must be crated or packaged securely for return shipping
  • Customer pays return shipping & restocking fee (10–15%)
  • Battery and electrical components are non-returnable once connected or charged
