1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders payments most be processed and completed within 24hours.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing time may be extended slightly. We will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery options:

No shipping insurrance is required during delivery

  • No Insurrance fee is needed during delivery
  • The only fee you pay is the shipping fee during ordering your products with us.
  • We offer free shipping for all order above $499

3. Free Shipping

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $299.
  • We offer free international shipping for all order above $499
  • Free shipping offers may be limited to select countries and product types. Large items like batteries or wheels may be excluded unless stated otherwise.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your package anytime from the “Track My Order” section on our website or directly via the carrier’s website. We ship via FeDex, USPS, UPS and DHL

  • Selected international locations

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included in your shipping total and may be applied upon arrival in your country.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • SurronPart.com is not liable for delays due to customs processing.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packing your order securely. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Save all packaging and damaged items for inspection.
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. SurronPart.com is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Reshipping fees for returned packages due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
